Reign Equestrian is happy to match competitors pricing. Please let us know where you found it more reasonable and we will match the competitors price. Price mathcing will be considered a discounted purchase, not applicable with the other discounts/sales already being offered.
In Store Shopping
Special Orders:
On all special orders we require a non-refundable 20% deposit as well as 10% above the MSRP to cover the inflated costs when shipping items individually (this can be foregone if the customer is content with a longer waiting period in order for us to combine shipping charges). In the event that the item is not purchased by the customer, Reign will retain the deposit.
Special orders must be picked up within two weeks of the orders arrival, or the item will be re-stocked and the deposit retained by Reign.
Returns:
Items purchased from Reign must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date in order to be eligible for exchange or store credit. In the event that we do not have an alternate item in stock, the customer has the option of taking a store credit, or putting in a special order for the item.

Mail Order Shopping
Orders:
We require payment in full prior to product(s) being shipped to our customers. We ship items via the most cost effective means, unless otherwise requested by the customer, On shipments over $150 we will cover the shipping costs (saddles excluded).
Preferred shipping in Canada: Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, DHL
Preferred shipping USA: UPS, FedEx
Returns:
Items purchased from Reign must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date in order to be eligible for exchange or store credit. In the event that we do not have an alternate item in stock, the customer has the option of taking a store credit, or putting in a special order for the item for an exchange. There is a 15% restocking fee when returning items. All items must be returned in new condition with tags on.
